These booking terms and conditions apply to all private tours, airport transfers, chauffeur services, and tailor-made travel arrangements provided by Car Rental Mauritius.

1. Booking & Quote Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry via our website generates an estimate and booking request. A reservation is officially confirmed only once our team reviews vehicle availability, confirms the final quote, and sends your written travel voucher.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

All transfer rates and private tour prices quoted are transparent and all-inclusive of vehicle, licensed chauffeur-driver, fuel, airport parking fees, and road tolls across Mauritius. Entrance fees to nature reserves, botanical gardens, and meal expenses are excluded unless expressly specified in your personalised itinerary.

3. Punctuality & Flight Monitoring

For arrivals at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU), our chauffeurs monitor flight radar. Your driver will meet you in the terminal arrivals hall holding personalized name signage. Complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes after actual landing is included.

4. Passenger Behaviour & Safety

All passengers must adhere to local Mauritian road safety laws, including wearing seatbelts at all times. Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol inside vehicles are strictly prohibited.
